A legend reborn. The bike that has been at the leading edge of road racing innovation for more than three decades is redesigned to be even lighter, stiffer and more aerodynamic. It’s the ultimate all-rounder for the performance obsessed. Updated and improved in all aspects of road racing performance, the new TCR Advanced SL Disc achieves a previously unobtainable stiffness-to-weight ratio for faster climbing and sprinting, plus new aerodynamic gains for all-around efficiency. It’s the choice of CCC Team WorldTour racers like Greg Van Avermaet on challenging road courses that demand uncompromised performance in the pursuit of victory. New aerodynamic tube shaping on the headtube, downtube and fork makes it a killer on breakaways, sprints and solo chase efforts. The new TCR Advanced SL Disc also builds on its proven climbing capabilities, boasting the highest stiffness-to-weight ratio ever seen in a TCR. Additional key updates include added clearance in the frame and fork to fit larger diameter tires up to 32mm, the latest integrated WheelSystem technology, and a new aero-engineered Contact SLR composite handlebar to make it even faster against the wind. The Process 153 27.5 is synonymous with dependability. It’s a great option for someone who wants an aggressive bike but may not want a 29" wheel. An updated frame and rocker provide more progressive geometry and all-new tubing. This year smalls feature the new TranzX +RAD dropper post in 150mm, allowing for the seatpost to go lower during descending without sacrificing any height during climbing. A SRAM Eagle NX/SX drivetrain keeps shifting smooth and provides a massive range for those steep ascents. WTB ST i30 TCS rims wrapped in Maxxis rubber keep the bike tracking smoothly on any trail. Kona 6061 Aluminum Kona 7005 and 6061 Aluminum alloys are used extensively throughout our fleet of mountain and asphalt bicycles. A tough, durable, light alloy, both Kona 7005 and 6061 deliver fantastic, reliable performance that lasts for thousands of rides. Much of our 7005/6061 tubing is butted and/or formed, meaning the tubing’s wall thickness can be increased or decreased, as well as shaped, so we can fine-tune a particular frame’s strength and ride characteristics depending on its intended application. Internal Headset Bearing cups are actually pressed into the frame and are easily removable. An internal headset also reduces stack height, so the height of the stem and bars are more adjustable, giving the rider the best fit possible. Tapered Head Tube More girth at the bottom of the head tube better distributes shock force, prolonging the bearing life of the headset itself and eliminating brake shudder, while providing confident steering performance. The inherent strength of its triangular design also means a stronger steering position and improved balance, giving the rider more control in rough terrain. A zero-stack, tapered head tube also puts strength where the load is going—into the lower headset cup—maximizing bearing durability where it’s needed. Tubeless Compatible Rims Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance, the ability to run lower tire pressure, which provides better tire grip on the trail; lower rolling resistance, and weight savings over traditional tube and tire systems. 12x148mm Axle 12x142mm, 12x148, and 12x157 rear axle standards provide two major advantages to the Kona rider: the 12mm diameter of the rear axle provides the rear hub and frame with a stiff interface, while the 142/148/157mm outer diameter of the hub allows the wheel to be quickly and properly positioned in the frame before the rear axle is inserted. Beamer Independent Suspension Built to be off-the-top progressive, Beamer Independent Suspension helps the bike to stay higher in the travel and recover from hits more quickly. The Operators are instilled with what our product managers like to call "pure shock movement," whereby the shock is protected from side load. Designed to be highly tuneable and extremely durable, the Beamer IS is our version of greased lightning. 27.5"+ Wheels The benefits of the 27.5-inch wheel are simple: they roll over obstacles and track better than 26-inch wheels, but are more maneuverable and nimble than 29-inch ones.

The Libre CR is getting a big upgrade with Shimano's GRX 600 2x11 drivetrain. Shifting is smoother than ever and the wide gear range makes any mountain a mole hill. The Kona Race Light Carbon frame features a ton of mounts for carrying just about anything. Paired with Kona's Verso carbon fork and its 3pack cage mounts, this bike is a seriously lightweight gear-hauler. Whether bikepacking, ripping the local gravel roads, or out on an epic summertime century, the Libre is fast, efficient, and comfortable across any terrain. Kona Carbon Designed to be lightweight and built to demanding standards. Carbon fiber has long been praised for its weight and strength, but rather than chase grams, we place our efforts on the performance that is possible when the right high-modulus fibers are in the right places. Our designers work very closely with our manufacturer to ensure there is no compromise to the desired ride characteristics, durability and – finally – weight stipulations that we expect from our bikes. Integrated Headset Integrated headsets are simple, light, and effective headset systems whereby the bearing race cups are actually part of the head tube, and they are either machined away and left with the head tube, bonded (carbon), or welded in with steel or alloy. Like an internal headset, an integrated headset also reduces stack height, so the height of the stem and bars are more adjustable, giving the rider the best fit possible. A zero-stack, tapered head tube also puts strength where the load is going—into the lower headset cup—maximizing bearing durability where it's needed. Tubeless Compatible Rims Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance; the ability to run lower tire pressure, which provides better tire grip on the trail; lower rolling resistance; and weight savings over traditional tube and tire systems. 12x142mm Axle 12x142mm, 12x148 and 12x157 rear axle standards provide two major advantages to the Kona rider: the 12mm diameter of the rear axle provides the rear hub and frame with a stiff interface, while the 142/148/157mm outer diameter of the hub allows the wheel to be quickly and properly positioned in the frame before the rear axle is inserted. 650B Wheels 650B wheels and tires have a similar overall diameter to a traditional 700c gravel or commuting tire, but with a smaller diameter rim and a wider, taller tire. The extra air volume in this new generation of urban and mixed-surface tires means they can be run comfortably at lower pressures while still rolling quickly on a variety of surfaces. It's the best of both worlds.

The Sutra ULTD is the continuation of a dream to make a drop bar bike as badass as possible. The butted Cromoly frame and Project Two Cromoly disc fork hold WTB KOM Light Team i27 TCS 2.0 rims on Maxxis Recon Race EXO TR 29x2.25" tires. That’s right. 2.25" of earth-gripping rubber. When the descents get hairy, you can get low with a Trans-X +RAD dropper post. SRAM Rival 1 flat mount disc brakes and drivetrain keep things moving (and stopping) nicely. This bike is as beautiful as it is beastly, with a gorgeous Prism paint job. Turn heads while you turn over the miles on the brand-new Sutra Unlimited. Kona Cromoly Very few materials offer as much shock absorption, durability, and supple-ride characteristics as steel. We’ve never strayed from cycling’s original material and have worked tirelessly to adapt, refine and innovate Kona Cromoly framesets as rider demands continue to evolve. Tubeless Compatible Rims Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance; the ability to run lower tire pressure, which provides better tire grip on the trail; lower rolling resistance; and weight savings over traditional tube and tire systems. 12x142mm Axle 12x142mm, 12x148, and 12x157 rear axle standards provide two major advantages to the Kona rider: the 12mm diameter of the rear axle provides the rear hub and frame with a stiff interface, while the 142/148/157mm outer diameter of the hub allows the wheel to be quickly and properly positioned in the frame before the rear axle is inserted.

The Process 134 27.5 is the perfect gateway to the Kona dual suspension experience for riders of any size. Running on a smooth-as-butter Shimano Deore 11-speed drivetrain, it’s a reliable climber but really comes alive on the descents. RockShox suspension front and rear keeps the ride comfy and the new TranzX +RAD adjustable dropper post allows for finding the perfect seat height with ease.

Its 650B road plus tires eat up road chatter and absorb all the bumps in the road like the champion it was designed to be. When it comes to road bikes, we just want to toss a few bananas into our pockets and see where the road takes us. We seek out varied surfaces on our rides and frequently go from pavement to gravel to worse pavement. Midnight Special allows us to accomplish all of that quite comfortably. - Higher volume tires allow better fine tuning of tire pressure on varying surfaces and create a wider contact patch for increased traction - Modern road standards like flat-mount disc brakes, 12mm front and rear thru-axles, and a 44mm head tube - Clearance for 650B x 60mm or 700c x 42mm tires without fenders (650B x 50mm or 700c x 38mm with fenders)

The Woo was one of the hottest bikes on our roster last year. Its ability to carry massive amounts of gear with its three-pack cage mounts aboard its carbon disc fork made it a sand and snow bikepacking favorite. This year the Woo gets Shimano’s new Deore 410 hydraulic disc brakes. A SRAM SX/NX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain keeps the cranks turning and the 4.8” Vee tires ensure that rolling over anything is possible, and the Purple-Blue prism paint job will keep heads turning all year long! Much of our 7005/6061 tubing is butted and/or formed, meaning the tubing’s wall thickness can be increased or decreased as well as shaped, so we can fine-tune a particular frame’s strength and ride characteristics depending on its intended application. Tubeless Compatible Rims Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance; the ability to run lower tire pressure, which provides better tire grip on the trail; lower rolling resistance; and weight savings over traditional tube and tire systems.
